* 1 Spine outpatient referral reservation system. Please make a reservation by phone to the orthopedic outpatient department from 13:00 to 16:00 and bring a referral letter

* 2 Neurology treatment target of neurology 15 years old or older.

* 3 The midwifery outpatient department is only for those who give birth at our hospital.

* 4 Only requests from other departments in the hospital for hematology are supported.
