We have a support counter that you can receive medical treatment with peace of mind. If necessary, we will cooperate with the staff in the hospital and related organizations in the region to help solve the problem. If you have any problems or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

How to apply

Please come directly to the counter or contact us by phone in advance. Alternatively, you can ask the ward or outpatient doctor / Registered Nurse. Please contact us in advance so that you do not have to wait.

SAWAYAKA counseling room

"SAWAYAKA counseling room" is a counseling service for home medical care and long-term care operated by the Tsurumi-Ward Medical Association. We have a branch desk at the patient support desk on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The staff is a Registered Nurse with a qualification of a care manager.
