Notice of the start of patient services using LINE (Starting December 1, 2022)

Starting December 1, 2022, we will begin providing patient services using the Tobu Hospital official LINE account. In response to many of your requests, such as the ability to check medical appointments and the status of medical examination calls, we have decided to introduce this service to make visiting our hospital more comfortable for patients and their families. You will need to have the LINE app installed in advance, but all you need to do is register when you visit the hospital. This service is free to use. Please see below for registration instructions.

・From the second visit onwards, you will be automatically notified after your first or follow-up visit is confirmed.
・Even if you are receiving treatment in multiple departments, you can check the waiting status of the relevant clinical department on a single screen.
・As always, please submit your "Outpatient Reception Ticket" to the reception desk of your respective clinical department.
*Please note that you will not be called unless the reception slip is submitted.
・Calls via LINE: consultation Only.
* any tests (blood tests, X-rays, CT scans, ultrasounds, etc.), rehabilitation, outpatient nursing care, etc. are not covered.
・The order of appointments may change depending on the test results and the condition of other patients.
*Depending on the situation, your appointment may be changed without prior notice.Please note.
