About consultation when suspecting new coronavirus infection

If you have a cold-like symptom such as fever or sore throat, you may be infected with a new coronavirus infection.

Our hospital does not provide outpatient treatment for fever.
If you suspect that you have a new coronavirus infection, please consult your family doctor or contact the new coronavirus infectious disease dial and visit a "medical institution for fever treatment" designated by Kanagawa Prefecture.

PCR test / new coronavirus vaccine

To maintain an emergency securing system, PCR test and COVID-19 vaccination are not performed for the generals at our hospital​​​.

For patients who will be hospitalized

If any of the following applies, please be sure to inform your doctor / Registered Nurse before or at the time of admission.

• Patients hospitalized within 10 days had fever / cold symptoms
• Patients hospitalized within 10 days were tested for the new coronavirus
• Contact with positives within 10 days
• Persons contacted within 10 days were inspected for corona

In addition, please refrain from the following actions including those living together from 10 days before hospitalization.

• Dinner with non-living people
• Refrain from participating in events such as karaoke and banquets where a large number of people gather

At our hospital, all staff and all departments in the hospital are taking strict measures to prevent corona infection, but there are times when unavoidable corona infections occur in the hospital. We would like to ask all patients and their attendants to take thorough measures to prevent infection, which we have instructed you to be careful about when you are examined or admitted to the hospital.
