What made you decide to get a job at our hospital after aiming for MA?

The reason I changed jobs in the medical industry was that I got sick and was hospitalized for about two months.​

Until now, I have mainly served customers in general companies. Due to my illness, I couldn't communicate my condition well when I got a job at a general company, and it was difficult to negotiate working conditions.

At that time, I thought that the medical industry could work based on mutual understanding, and when I was looking for it, I found the Tobu Hospital.
