What made you decide to get a job at our hospital after aiming for MA?
Tobu Hospital, I mainly worked in medical offices and insurance associations.
At that time, my child was still small, so I worked part-time for a short time.
However, as I worked, I began to want to gain a deeper knowledge of medical care. I wanted to improve my skills while working at a general hospital that provides cutting-edge medical care, so I first took a course as a doctor's office work assistant and obtained a qualification. I myself wanted to get a full-time job after my child-rearing had settled down, so I applied for the employment examination at the Tobu Hospital Tobu Hospital because I felt that it was a large hospital that provided cutting-edge medical care and that the training system seemed to be solid. In fact, after joining the company, I was thoroughly trained. I think Tobu Hospital is a wonderful environment where you can study while working. As an MA, I experience and teach various things every day, and I am living a fulfilling life.

What was your joy, your impressive experience and your work at the moment when you felt rewarded while working as an MA?
I'm new to employment and inexperienced, so I don't think it's very useful yet. For me, I feel a sense of accomplishment when I feel that I have been able to do both outpatient work and document creation work. When I was happy, the patients and teachers said "Thank you". Also, when I find my work interesting, I feel something like connection and fellowship in the relationships with the team I belong to and people in other occupations.
Future dreams and future hopes
First of all, I want to be able to do the work I'm in charge of right now.
After that, I think it would be good if I could try to acquire a qualification as a medical information manager and NCD.
I would be happy if one day I could become an MA that would be recognized and trusted by teachers and people in other occupations.
